Also receive email notifications about any changes in the status of your pattern(s). Please note that registration is free and does require that you register each pattern separately.

Breakage Replacement
Our Waterford Dinnerware is made to last. We do realize, however, that accidents happen and breakage can occur. If a piece is broken for any reason, don't panic! We will help you replace the broken piece, if one is available and pay for half of the current retail value. Simply photograph the broken piece per the instructions below and we will be happy to assist you with your replacement.

Guarantee of Pattern Availability
Our guarantee of pattern availability is a benefit only those registered with the Fine Bone China Consumer Confidence Program can enjoy.

In the event that a pattern is being removed from active status, we will notify you 12 months in advance so you will have plenty of time to replenish or add to your table setting. Once notified, just visit your local retailer or go to Waterford.com to purchase your additional pieces. We guarantee that we will have inventory in your pattern for you to purchase for a year before the pattern is discontinued.

Once the 12 month window has passed, we suggest you locate a discontinued piece through Replacements.com. They are an excellent resource and carry a vast assortment of discontinued product.
