Rum Espresso Martini

Using a cocktail shaker, blend the aged dark rum, coffee liqueur, butterscotch syrup and freshly brewed espresso with ice until smooth. Shake again to aerate the liquid and create a foam. Using a strainer, pour the blended mix into a small coupe and garnish with coffee beans.

  • 1.4oz. / 40ml Aged Dark Rum (5+ years)
  • 0.7oz / 20ml Coffee liqueur
  • 0.3oz. / 10ml Butterscotch syrup
  • 1.4oz. / 40ml Espresso

Chocolate coffee bean to garnish.

Shake the Rum, coffee liqueur, butterscotch syrup and espresso in a shaker with ice. Shake again without ice to aerate the liquid and create a foam.

To serve, strain into cocktail coupe garnished with chocolate coffee beans.

Old Cuban

Using a cocktail shaker, blend the rum, sugar syrup and lime juice with ice. Strain into a small coupe and top up with champagne. Finish by adding three dashes of Angostura bitters and garnish with a fresh mint leaf.

  • 40 ml Rum
  • 20 ml Sugar syrup
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • Handful mint leaves
  • Angostura bitters
  • Top-up Champagne

Shake the rum, sugar syrup and lime juice in a shaker with ice. To serve, strain into cocktail coupe and top up with champagne and garnish with 3 dashes Angostura bitters. Finish off by decorating with an optional mint leaf.
