INGREDIENTS
1 ½ shots of gin
Tonic water to your taste
1 lime wedge
A Sprig of rosemary and plenty of ice
Pour gin into an ice-filled Lismore Diamond Hi-Ball glass. Top with tonic and stir. Garnish with a wedge of lime and sprig of rosemary.

3/4 shot brandy
1 sugar cube
splash of angostura bitters
Place the sugar cube onto a spoon and add 2 dashes of angostura bitters. Drop the soaked sugar cube into a flute and add the brandy. Top the glass with champagne and garnish with a twist of orange.
SERVED: straight up, no ice

Soda to your preference
Twist of orange
Place the sugar cube in a Mara tumbler glass. Add a splash of angostura bitters and soda. Crush the sugar and add ice. Pour over the bourbon and garnish with a twist of orange.
