Terms and Conditions - #YesWaterford

Waterford loves to see products in real life on social media and that’s why we may request to share pictures, posts or videos posted by you on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or other social media in our channels. Such channels are mainly Waterford (Fiskars UK Ltd) and its group companies’ websites and social media pages but could also include other channels, for example Waterford newsletter, Waterford print materials, etc. We will not claim ownership to your photos, this does not exclude any other agreements and there will not be any payment for this agreement.

By responding #yeswaterford on a picture / post / video after Waterford’s request on your social media, hereafter referred to as "Content", you agree to the following:

• You provide Fiskars UK Ltd, a UK limited liability company under registration number 06805116 (hereinafter " Waterford"), a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, in any manner to be determined in Waterford’s sole discretion and without any obligations to you, to use your Content in their marketing and / or advertising and edit them. You agree to waive your right to be named in connection with the Content when displayed in our marketing materials. You also agree that Waterford may use the Content where you can be identified for marketing and / or advertising purposes
• You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to your Content and that you have permission from any person(s) appearing in the Content. Moreover, you certify that you are an individual (i.e., not a company), you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and that Waterford's use of your Content will not violate any rights of a third party or any law
• Hereby, you release Waterford from all obligations to pay you for the use of your Content and freeing and agreeing to keep Waterford and all persons acting for Waterford from all claims (including claims from third party), liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the Content as described above

UK laws govern these terms and conditions, where competent courts in UK shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising out of them.
