Singapore Sling Cocktail Recipe

A classic, the Singapore Sling dates back to 1915. The recipe is very fruity and sweet as it includes pineapple juice and grenadine syrup. On the palate, cherry and Gin take over, perfectly complemented by the herbaceous flavours of Benedictine.

“The version we offer comes from Smuggler's Cove, a renowned tiki bar in San Francisco. More balanced and successful, we prefer this version!” – Quaff Magazine
