The Coral Room Cocktails
Just steps from the Dominion Theatre—currently home to The Devil Wears Prada musical with music by Elton John—The Coral Room has created a limited-edition cocktail menu inspired by the show’s glamour and boldness. Each drink is served in Waterford Mixology drinkware, selected from mixed sets of Highballs, Coupes, and Tumblers. Within these sets, every glass carries one of four signature cut patterns: Argon, Circon, Neon, or Talon. Served together, the bar becomes a play of different lines, textures, and reflections with every round. The menu features four standout creations. The Waterford Sparkle blends Código 1530 Rosa Tequila with Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve NV, brightened by bay leaf cordial, cranberry, and kumquat for a bright and punchy profile. The Gold Star pairs Redbreast 12 Year Old Whiskey with the same Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve champagne, enriched by a Guinness-infused chocolate sauce that adds a deep, indulgent finish. For a more aromatic moment that's light, expressive, and layered, The Showstopper fuses Monkey 47 Gin with pear, jasmine, and pomegranate. Rounding out the collection, The Emerald Fizz delivers a refined non-alcoholic option with Darjeeling Sparkling Tea, pomegranate, Cherry Love Social, and mandarin foam. The different cuts and shapes allow the color, bubbles, and aromatics to shine in their own way. It’s a menu that nods to the musical and the precision of mixology, brought together through crystal.
