Returning a Product You Purchased
We are only able to assist with purchase made from Waterford.com. All other inquiries should be made at the place of purchase.
All refunds will be applied to original payment method. We are unable to offer credit or product exchanges.
For the holiday season we are offering a 60 day return window for orders placed through Dec 31st, 2025. In the event you are not satisfied with the product and wish to return it, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return the product at your expense to us in the original packaging.
Please fill out the last page of your packing slip with the information requested and include it with your package. If you have discarded your packing slip please hand-write your order details and add to your package.
Ship your return using a service that provides a tracking number, such as UPS DHL FedEx and ship to:

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the product. Please allow additional time during and immediately after the holiday season.
IMPORTANT: For your protection, we recommend that when shipping products back to us you use a recorded delivery service -- a service that provides a tracking number (e.g. UPS, DHL, FedEx). Except in instances where the item delivered was in error or was faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for the expense of returning the goods to us. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. Additionally, we cannot provide credit for packages lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.
